Her looks can deceive you. This Pretty, sweet and demure young lady from New Zealand can actually beat you in a BMX Bike race. Her jumps on the asphalt race track is nearly as perfect. Sarah Walker is only 19 and was already a big 2008 Olympics fan favorite in the first ever BMX Racing in Olympics.
She went into the Olympics BMX Race Finals very strongly, however, finished 4th place in the final run. French duo Anne-Caroline Chausson and Laetitia le Corguille grabbed the Gold and Silver medals respectively, while Jill Kintner of
the United States, far-off from Sarah’s league, came in third.
Still Sarah, young as she is, have a bright future with her game. She won many races before and we hope to see her again in the next Olympics in London and bring home the Gold. To know more about Sarah Walker, check out her website (not so sure if its hers but its an interesting site).
