Ricky “the Hitman” Hatton predicted on Thursday (February 12, 2009) that he is confident of a victory against the Pacman come May 2, 2009 in Las Vegas.
He promised to take away from Manny Pacquiao, the pride of the Filipinos the title “best pound for pound” fighter by knocking him out in the 6th round.
Hatton made this bold statement and assured everyone that the Hatton vs Pacquiao fight results will be in his favor.
Manny Pacquiao, on the other hand, remained confident that, despite seeing Hatton a more challenging opponent than Oscar “the Golden Boy” De la Hoya, he will still emerge as the victor.
Pacquiao sets his eyes on Shane Mosley, the current WBA Welterweight Super Champion and even the undefeated Floyd Joy Mayweather, Jr. after his fight with Hatton.
