Michael Phelps is bent on achieving his ultimate Olympics Dream – win 8 Golds and make a world record of most won Gold in any Olympics game and break the earlier record of 7 Golds of Mark Spitz during the 1972 Munich Olympics.
So far, Michael Fred Phelps has won 5 Golds during this years Beijing Summer Olympics Games and is more than ever motivated to haul 3 more Golds. His secret? Eat more pasta, and more pasta. Well, he needs lots of carbs for his remaining dives.
