While the 2008 UAAP Season 71 Champhionship Finals between Ateneo Blue Eagles and De La Salle Green Archers is hotly discussed recently, the 2008 NCAA 84 Final Four 3 slots are filled up with the win of both Letran Knights and Jose Rizal University Bombers during yesterday’s (15-Sep-2008) finals semis. JRU Bombers clinched the NCAA 84 Final 4 slot with its win over San Sebastian College 57-53.
The Knights on the other hand defeated Mapua in second game, 60-50 which left both San Sebastian and Mapua battle for the NCAA 84 Final Four slot on Wednesday, 17-Sep-2008. Winner of the Mapua vs San Sebastian match will play against the NCAA 84 top seed team San Beda Red Lions which is armed with a twice-to-beat advantage.
