MANILA – A total of 26 out of 76 examinees hurdled the 2009 licensure examination for sanitary engineers, with a woman emerging as the No. 1, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
Topping the list, the PRC said, was Mari Joy Bisnar Avila of Partido State University with a rating of 78.40 percent. Following Bisnar are Ericson Carballo Joson of National University-Manila, with 77.20 percent, and Jun Fesico Guinto, also of NU with 75.10 percent.
The other 2009 Sanitary Engineer board exam topnotchers are Jonathan Aguilar Mangi of NU with 75 percent; Mark Henri Manzano Mercado, Universit7y of Cordilleras-Baguio College Foundation, 73.60 percent; Joyce Faith Maranan Dilan of Batangas State University-Batangas City, 73.55 percent; Leslie Grace Guiyang Gumatin of the University of the Cordilleras-Baguio College Foundation, 72.85 percent; Joel Ngala Dang-as of University of Baguio, 72.79 percent; Darwin Gubat Palma of Partido State University, 72.70; and Jon Jon Sablayan Escalo of Saint Paul University-Tuguegarao, 72.60 percent.
The PRC said Batangas State University-Batangas City topped the overall performance rating among the schools that participated in the 2009 sanitart engineer exam by posting a passing rate of 67 percent.
