Gaming enthusiasts have every reason to rejoice now that Band Hero featuring MTV Music Awaredee Taylor Swift is finally out in the market. Band Hero is a spin-off from Guitar Hero, a popular virtual game from Activision to unleash the musician in you.
Equipped with complete accompaniment of drums, guitar and a microphone, the playlist has more of a pop music theme as compared to previous Guitar Hero’s rock-based selections. Here’s a partial list of what’s included in the game:

Instrument wise, those who have tried and tested the game are more impressed with the guitar’s performance as it has a neck slider and a slip free strummer. The included drum set also made a rave for its improved “floating” drum pad design and quiet drum heads. There’s a provision for double pedals and the updated kick pedal is more responsive, so it is now easier to play along those double bass beats.
Released last November 3, 2009, the game is available for Sony Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS Consoles.
