Police said they arrested a taxi driver who went to their station to file a complaint that his cab was carnapped. But instead of being the victim, the driver, identified as Leoncio Ballesteros, a resident of suburban Quezon City in Metro Manila, turned out to be the prime suspect in allegedly robbing and molesting his woman passenger.
